Make Chocolate Turtle cheesecake according to directions,pour into an oreo pie crust and smooth across, then put a layer of cool whip over the top, sprinkle with shaved hershey bar and string caramel ice cream topping over the cool whip for decoration.
Make Caramel Apple, put in a graham cracker pie crust, pour a can of apple pie filling on top, then dollop cool whip around the edges, leaving the pie filling to show in the center. Drizzle the caramel topping on the cool whip, and sprinkle pecans on the cool whip as well.

Make the strawberry cheesecake, have two graham cracker pie crusts ready, put half the mixture in each pie, top with sliced strawberries and spread strawberry glaze that you find in your produce department at the supermarket, over the strawberries.
