Great rub to put on brisket, hamburgers, pork or chicken, goes on pretty much anything. Gives it a smoke flavor, with garlic and onion. Now in bags, still same amount, price break to compensate.
Put rub on brisket, wrap in foil, bake in oven at 300 degrees for several hours, makes a tender and delicious brisket, or do this for about 4 hours and smoke the rest of the time in the smoker. Applewood is great on the grill or smoker.
