Great rub to put on brisket, hamburgers, pork or chicken, goes on pretty much anything. Gives it a smoke flavor, with garlic and onion.
Put rub on brisket, wrap in foil, bake in oven at 300 degrees for several hours, makes a tender and delicious brisket, or do this for about 4 hours and smoke the rest of the time in the smoker. Applewood is great on the grill or smoker.
