Delicious pumpkin and spice cheesecake, just ad 8 ounce softened cream cheese and 8 ounce cool whip, makes enough to fill a graham cracker crust, but makes a great dip with teddy grahams.
Soften cream cheese, add mix and 1/4 cup of water, blend well, then fold in cool whip. Great pumpkin flavor with pumpkin spice.
